Returns must be approved by Thermal Rolls Canada (in its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking and other charges. Any returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported to Thermal Rolls Canada immediately.
For returns not related to damage, Product must be returned within 30 days of shipment at customers expense and be in original package and in resalable condition. We will issue a full refund less a 15% restocking fee and less shipping charges once the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Any approved refund will be made using your original payment method. Thermal Rolls Canada reserves the right to refuse any returned items without our prior authorization.
